What Should I Expect Today?
- You should expect very minor discomfort during the treatment and some redness for several hours after your treatment.
- You may experience temporary headaches, bruising or lumpiness at the injection site.
- If after 1 week, you notice unevenness, please come back for a follow-up visit. At that time we can determine if any touch-ups are needed. Touch-ups will be charged the cost of the product.
What should I expect over the next couple weeks?
- Take acetaminophen or Ibuprophin for pain, avoid aspirin products
- Avoid any facial treatments for at least 1 week after injections of any kind
- Especially for lip treatments, expect lumpiness or unevenness for up to 2 weeks
