The radio-frequency heating raises the muscle temperature quickly, preparing the muscles for exposure to stress, similar to what a warm up does before a workout. WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS?
The recommendation for most patients is 4 sessions, or 8 sessions for those with a BMI ~35+. Each session is scheduled about one week apart. The muscle-building benefit is almost immediate. Most clients report a noticeable difference and feeling of increased strength after just 1-2 treatments.
