You will begin your laser tattoo appointment with a consultation with your provider to discuss your desired outcomes, address any concerns, and set a plan based on the specific condition being treated.

After the treatment area is cleansed, the provider may apply a topical numbing cream or an injectable lidocaine to minimize discomfort.

Based on the specific goals for the treated pigments, your provider will adjust the laser therapy settings, including the pulse duration, energy level, and wavelength. They will then apply the Pico laser to the skin and deliver ultra-short pulses of laser energy.

Your provider will apply a soothing post-treatment product to the skin after the procedure.

Please wait to book this laser tattoo removal treatment if you have had cosmetic injections, sunburns, or tans within the past two weeks
Avoid any products with AHA/BHA, Hydroquinone, retinol, aspirin, Tazorac, Differin, or Vitamin E within one week of your treatment.
Avoid any alcohol and excessive exercise within 24 hours of your laser tattoo removal treatment.

Apply sunscreen (minimum of SPF 30) to maintain results
Avoid washing the treatment area, applying makeup, and excessive physical activity for at least 24 hours after your procedure
For at least one week, avoid extended UV exposure and exfoliation (this includes picking or scratching the skin around the treatment area
For at least one month, avoid any cosmetic injections and any additional laser skin resurfacing therapy or chemical peel procedures on the treatment area
