Pretty place. Staff very friendly and accommodating o had to change an appointment time and they were very helpful
I felt very pampered with the facial and totally noticed the difference in my skin. I will need to do this more often. Cheri

I want to add a disclaimer and an edit rather than deleting the below review just so everyone knows this can happen and to be made aware that they have updated their policies. I did receive a call today and my remainder of the syringe paid for will be honored rather than $100 off a new syringe. I am appreciative of the help I received and glad to have learned the new policy. Thanks for your help Elase!

I have been a loyal patient of Elase Med Spa and have generally had positive experiences, which makes this situation especially disappointing.

I purchased filler and had a remaining half syringe that I had already paid for in full. After rescheduling my appointment, I was only informed four days before my upcoming treatment that I could no longer use the remaining product because my injector was no longer with the practice. At no point during the rescheduling process was I told this would affect the filler I had already purchased.

As a result, I am now being told that I will lose access to a product I already paid for due to circumstances completely outside of my control. I reached out to management requesting either a refund for the unused portion or fulfillment of the remaining syringe as originally purchased, but have not received a response.

I understand staff changes happen, but I expected better communication and a fair resolution, especially as a returning client. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling that customer loyalty and prepaid treatments are not being honored appropriately.

I hope Elase Med Spa will reconsider its position and work toward a resolution for existing patients in similar situations.

I had an incredible experience getting a PRP treatment with Brina! She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process and made me feel so comfortable and well-cared for.

I can honestly say I wouldn’t go to anyone else —she is that good! I am at my most confident state right now thanks to her expertise and care. If you are considering a med spa, I highly recommend booking with Brina at Elase!

This is now an Elase, but the same great people run it! Hillary is the best. Skilled, kind, practiced in her trade and I fully trust her. The manager is always friendly and helpful. Glad to have a high end med spa like this in Yorkville, no more driving to Geneva or Naperville! Prices are fair and market priced, they do have specials on occasion as well so keep and eye on them on social media!

This was my first time at Images and it will DEFINITELY not be my last. I have been to a few injectors, and have never been 100% satisfied until now. Maggie was phenomenal with her clear communication, consultation, and keeping me relaxed during the whole process. It felt like I was hanging out with my friend. I truly don’t trust any other med spa to touch my face again. I will rave about this place to all my friends and family!!

I really love the med spa in Yorkville. I saw Jeanie for Botox & Tiffany for my first hydrafacial ever. They are both extremely knowledgeable in their craft & take their time listening to your wants & concerns. I learned so much from both of them & look forward to continuing my skincare journey with both of them. Also, I’m obsessed with the hydrafacial results, my skin looks & feels incredible!

I started coming to Images in September and I have enjoyed each experience! Raquel, Tiffany, and Maggie have all been super wonderful. They are super kind, very attentive to detail, and did a fabulous job with the aesthetic procedures I received! Their new location is beautiful. I cannot wait to try out more new treatments at Images!

Such a beautiful and peaceful Medical Spa. As a veteran Aesthetician I am so excited to have Hilary RN and Images Med Spa in Yorkville! Hilary is excellent! Had my first ever dermal filler done by Jeannie and I’m so happy with the outcome! I was also lucky enough to try out the newly approved Daxxify and I’m so excited to see how the results continue to develop over the next few weeks. I think that it will be a go-to of mine in the future. Jeannie suggested the perfect amount of filler to make my lips look exactly like I envisioned. I will be a returning client to Images and would definitely suggest it to anyone in the market for a great medspa.

Raquel and Tiffany are amazing. They’re very informative. They were patient with me as I knew nothing really about the whole process. They took the time to make sure I knew everything about the process, including things in the long term. They were very upfront on the cost. It was a surprisingly relaxing experience, considering how nervous I was to start. I would 100% recommend them.
