We know Zena Med Spa’s closure was unexpected, and we want to make sure we do what we can to bring you into the Elase community.

Zena Med Spa has permanently closed. Elase Medical Spas has partnered with the owner to ensure you can continue your treatments without interruption. Your patient records have been securely transferred to our Sarasota location. 
When you book your first appointment, you'll complete new updated intake forms. Please bring any recent treatment information you'd like your provider to reference.
Yes! Elase is honoring prepaid packages based on when they were purchased at Zena Med Spa: 
  • Packages purchased before March 31, 2025: Will be honored for two years from your original purchase date
  • Packages purchased on or after March 31, 2025: Will be honored through your original expiration date

Elase's pricing may differ from Zena Med Spa's rates. Our team will walk you through current pricing for the services you love during your consultation. 
If you had a membership with Zena Med Spa, your existing wallet balance will be honored at Elase. You can use that balance toward any services, even if you choose not to enroll in Elase's Beauty Bank membership. 

Want to continue as an Elase member? Elase's Beauty Bank membership works differently—your monthly fee ($99 or $199) goes into a "bank" that you can spend however you'd like, plus you'll receive 10-15% off every visit. It's a more flexible way to save consistently on the treatments you love. Learn more at elase.com/membership.
Elase will honor all existing Zena Med Spa gift cards and wallet balances. Please bring your gift card or mention your wallet balance when booking your first appointment so we can add it to your account.
