I saw nurse Kiersten at Elase in Southpark and I highly recommend! Kiersten is intentional when explaining each service and ensures that you leave feeling even more confident. I got services done a couple weeks ago and I am in love with my results! I can’t recommend Kiersten enough and Elase! The team is awesome and so kind and caring.

Kenya is the best! She is incredibly professional and takes the time to explain every treatment, making sure you understand what will be best for your skin. She never tries to upsell or recommend anything that won’t genuinely benefit you.

Abby has handled my last two services, and she’s been fantastic each time. She works quickly yet thoroughly, and I really appreciate how she checks in throughout the appointment to make sure I’m comfortable.

This company ended up taking over for “Ideal Image”. I was in need of a touch up and called Elase to figure out how to go about it since they are technically are new company. Was pleasantly surprised to realize that they do honor any contract prior Ideal Image Customer had. Even though they couldnt find my name in the system they did trust and honor that I was a precious client with a package for Brazilian Laser. Located in the exact same spot as Ideal Image. Very modern and chic. Employees were friendly and efficient and made me feel comfortable right away. Set up my next touch up already and glad that this company took over and is honoring us! They do operate on package base as well as single laser appointments.

Kenya and Alexis are absolutely amazing! I have so much trust in them and their expertise. No matter what service I’m receiving, I always feel completely comfortable and confident that I’m in the best hands and will get the best possible results.

I had an amazing experience at Elase Medical Spa and couldn’t be happier with my facial laser treatment! Kenya was absolutely incredible—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from start to finish. She took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The treatment itself was smooth and effective, and I could already see and feel a difference afterward.

I just had a great time at Elase, and I gotta give a huge shoutout to Kenya and Marinnela—they’re awesome. Right from the start, they made me feel super welcome and knew their stuff inside out. Kenya broke down all the treatment options for me without rushing, which really helped me pick what was right. Then Marinnela handled everything else with such care. The results?
