Very friendly and professional staff. Explained everything that was done. I felt relaxed. Also I received instructions on what to do and not do when I arrived home. This was very helpful. I had Botox and I will return for my next treatment.

I’m really big on customer service, I have to say I had a really great experience here. Dominique was wonderful — very informative, patient, and great about keeping in touch throughout everything. They both understood my busy baseball mom schedule and were very accommodating, which I truly appreciated.

The location in the Baybrook/Webster area is great, and the spa itself was very clean, smelled nice, and had such a welcoming energy. Everyone there was friendly, and the whole process was smoother and quicker than I expected.

I honestly don’t have any complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this spa to others, and I do plan on going back to look into some of their other services once I finish the first package I purchased. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend.

Highly recommend this location in Clear Lake to anyone who wants to feel welcomed and appreciated. Ileana tells you what she is doing and asks if you are having any pain. I appreciate her and will be seeing her for all my services. The receptionist is very welcoming and this is the first impression I get when I walked in the door.

Every time I call the front desk with questions or rescheduling concerns, I am always greeted with such a pleasant and positive tone. I was actually surprised, not just with the front desk, but also the technicians for being just so humble. From my first appointment, I got to know Christian, who explained in detail what to expect from my treatment. She made sure I was comfortable, covered up and turned off the lights so I could take a nap during my time. Ileana, who I just met for my cooltone treatment is absolutely stunning, inside and out. We chatted the whole time and before I knew it, I was done. If you’re considering treatment, please, call them. I promise, you will absolutely love them!

I’ve had such an amazing experience at Elase Med Spa. The customer service is truly top tier, everyone is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to the incredible provider Christian who does my Botox and laser hair removal, she is very knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything and make sure I’m happy with my results. When you walk in, it feels like a spa experience. The receptionist greeted me immediately, checked me in and offered me water. About 2 mins later my nurse came to take me back for my treatment (she’s great!!). Every appt is thoroughly explained, with pre-care a post care tips in order to get the best out of your services. I look forward to returning!
