If you were an existing Ideal Image client at one of the locations where we’re now opening, we’re excited to welcome you to the Elase community. We know Ideal Image’s closure was unexpected, and we want to make sure we do what we can to bring you into our care.
The location of your local Ideal Image clinic has closed and been sold to Elase. It will be closed for a few weeks for renovations and training. Elase is excited to continue serving you with even more services and treatments. Elase has been delivering exceptional care for over 20 years, and we're thrilled to now be available in your area.

Yes! Elase is honoring prepaid packages based on when and where they were purchased and/or held by the following former Ideal Image locations:
- IL - Schaumburg
- NC - Charlotte, Huntersville, Durham, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem
- SC - Greenville
- TX - Arlington (can be redeemed at Colleyville), Bunker Hill, Clear Lake, Colleyville, Dallas - West Village, Fort Worth (can be redeemed at Colleyville or West Village), Garland (can be redeemed at Plano), Plano, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Washington Heights (can be redeemed at Bunker Hill or Sugar Land)
For locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Illinois:
Packages purchased on or after November 14, 2023 will be honored through your original expiration date, up to November 14, 2027. Unfortunately, packages purchased before November 14, 2023 will not be transferred to Elase.
For locations in Texas:
Packages purchased on or after January 1, 2024 will be honored through your original expiration date at your nearest Elase in Texas, up to January 1, 2028. Unfortunately, packages purchased before January 1, 2024 will not be transferred to Elase.
No action required! Elase has all the information we need from clients with active packages. Your account will be ready when you book your next appointment at elase.com/book when you enter your same email. You will still need to complete our guest intake form and information on your profile prior to your appointment that Elase will send you.
We'll honor your lifetime touch-ups! We will schedule a touch up at Elase's touch-up fee. You will just need to use the same location where you originally purchased your package.

Elase's pricing may differ for some services and treatments. However, you won't pay any additional costs to complete services in your existing open package.
We will honor all existing Ideal Image gift cards purchased at the below locations to be redeemed at Elase. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

If you'd like to continue as a member, you'll need to sign up for Elase's Beauty Bank. Our membership works differently—your monthly fee ($99 or $199) goes into a "bank" that you can spend however you'd like, plus you'll receive 10-15% off every visit. If you are in Illinois, North Carolina, or South Carolina, while we have your medical records, you will need to fill out new intake forms.
If you are in Texas, we will not have your medical records. You will need to complete our new patient onboarding process including intake forms and a good faith medical exam prior to your first treatment.
Yes, you will need to complete updated intake forms and consent documentation to ensure we have your most current information and to comply with our clinical procedures.
Elase has different medical-grade product lines that we carry. Please check with your local spa once we open to see if we still carry your products.
If you have an existing package from Ideal Image, some of your account information will transfer and be ready when you book. If you don't have an active package, you'll create a new account when you book.
