Cannot say enough about my dream team, Natalie and Renee. Every time I come see them, I feel like I’m with my sisters—they treat me like family. Renee is so helpful with information, scheduling, and helping my money to stretch far for the treatments that I need. Natalie is fast, efficient, and knows her stuff better than anyone I’ve ever come to. They’ve become good friends of mine and I really look forward to every appointment I have at Elase. Couldn’t recommend them more.

It’s been such a pleasure to come into Elase. This is not my type of place to visit – I’ve been coming for laser hair removal – but they help you feel so comfortable. The ambiance feels so pristine and high end. I saw progress with my hair removal after only 2 treatments and I’m really hopeful to see complete success with it and to come back for even more hair removal!

I love Elase in American Fork! The Lobby is spacious and comfortable and the Spa is beautiful. I see Angelia for all my cosmetic needs and it’s each time a great experience. Renee works in the office and she is knowledgeable and always helpful. It’s a pleasure to see these ladies. Everyone at Elase is professional and friendly.

Elase has been so great! Natalie is my master aesthetician and she has been spectacular to work with. Definitely a great place to go for laser hair removal or any of your cosmetic needs.

Alexis Whimpey was my aesthetician and she was the best. I have had several treatments by her, BBL, hydro facials, micro needling and derma planing. Alexis did an amazing job every time. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding my skin care concerns and routines. I highly recommend her. Elase is such a great med spa. Everyone is nice and it’s a great vibe! ❤️❤️❤️

The treatments I received were fantastic! Madeline, my esthetician, was gentle and professional, and I saw results almost immediately. I also appreciated the customized skincare routine she provided. I’ve noticed great improvement with my skin! Jordan, the injector in clinic, did an incredible job with my lip filler. I get nervous with filler and she did a great job making my filler look natural and undetectable.

Overall, they did a great job making the experience seamless and comfortable. What impressed me most was the genuine care from the staff, who followed up after my visit to ensure I was satisfied. Sandra and the team at Elase Med Spa are phenomenal and a step above the rest. The entire team is warm, welcoming, & personable- yet professional. Sandra is knowledgeable, genuine, and compassionate. My personal opinion: egos can tend to show in this industry and it’s a little disheartening when looking for guidance.
