I was calling around to different med spas looking for a great Deal on dysport as well as a place that could squeeze me in last minute. I spoke to Danielle on the phone and she just made me laugh and smile. The other places that I called wanted me to make an appointment With a deposit and then when I would say “let me get back to you,” they had attitudes. So needless to say Elase got my business to start with, but Rachel is the reason they’ll keep my business. She asked what I wanted, didn’t push any products, was SUPER time efficient and stayed in my budget. The last place I went was very pushy and took a long time on trying to sell me different things whereas Rachel was thorough but quick! I’ll be back!
