This was my first time getting a laser treatment, (BBL and Moxi) and my provider, Shannon Callan, ARNP was incredible. She took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining the benefits, the procedure itself, and the aftercare in detail. Shannon was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. I truly appreciated her thoughtful approach and gentle demeanor.
