Anita Sitarz

Anita’s passion for aesthetics began at the age of 12 when she developed acne. Acne would plague her skin for decades and cause her to invest a lot of time into researching all things skin care. After graduating from St Xavier University’s school of nursing in 1996, she spent her first 12 years working ICU and recovery at Shriners Hospital for Children. It was her surgical setting experience that would land her a position working for a plastic surgeon in 2011. Following him would develop her skills in aesthetics from the ground up, learning detailed anatomy from observations in OR to injections in the clinic setting. She spent many years learning and performing not only injections, but also developing her laser skills. She obtained her certication in aesthetic nursing and in 2017 she received her Masters in Nursing and became a certified Nurse Practitioner. In 2020, Anita joined the Deer Park Images Medspa team and began injecting full time. She currently works Monday through Friday. Working at a Medspa so close to her home of Lake Zurich provides her the advantage of being available to her clients most days of the week. She knows her clients well and understands their concerns of wanting to age gracefully and not wanting to look “done.” As a result of this level of understanding, she believes her practice has grown organically from word of mouth of people trusting her with their care. In her free time, Anita is very active. You’ll find her in the gym most days at 5am. She enjoys travelling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her partner and two kids.
