The girls at the front are super nice and accommodating and the entire atmosphere is fun and friendly while also keeping it professional. Love it here, would give 10 stars if I could. I had such an amazing experience! Kylie, my injector, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. She gave me different options and recommendations without ever being pushy, which I really appreciated.

Kaitlyn is SO amazing! I came in before my wedding & wanted to do some filler and Botox. She gave me numerous recommendations, and spaced them out perfectly so that I wasn’t bruised for the wedding. I cannot recommend Kellie at Elase Town Center enough. This was my first face treatment (microneedling) and I had done a lot of research in advance and received a consultation from a highly respected med spa back home in the UK. After hearing wonderful things about Elase I thought I would schedule a consultation and go from there. Kellie was incredibly kind and knowledgable, and her expertise absolutely speaks for itself. Her advice echoed my original consultation to a T, and her additional recommendations and accommodations surpassed all of my expectations. The microneedling treatment itself didn’t hurt even a little bit – and as someone with a needle phobia that’s saying a lot. Kellie was also so accommodating towards my nerves, and the whole process ended up feeling like a spa treatment. I am happy with the results from my first microneedling session, but based on her advice (which correlates precisely with the research I had done), 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is recommended for maximum results. I have already booked my 2nd session and I’m hopeful to see a really positive change in my skin. Again, to reiterate, Kellie was phenomenal regarding all aspects of the process and I will only ever trust my skin in her hands!

Elase is hands-down the best investment I make in myself. I trust them with my entire skincare routine from my regular Botox and chemical peels to heavy hitters like micro-needling and laser hair removal.

Their estheticians and injectors are absolute masters of their craft. They take the time to map out what your skin actually needs rather than just selling you trending treatments. The precision with Botox is spot-on every time, and the results from combining chemical peels and micro-needling have completely transformed my skin’s texture and tone. On top of that, their full skincare lineup is top-tier; I buy all my daily products here because they genuinely work and complement the in-clinic treatments.

The space is beautiful, the team is wildly knowledgeable, and the care is consistent every single time you walk through the door. 10/10 recommendation for anyone serious about their skin.
