When it was time for my treatment, Andrea took over, and I can honestly say she is the most professional nurse I’ve ever met. I learned she is a RN with years of experience, her expertise truly shows! She made me feel comfortable from the moment we met, explained everything thoroughly, and walked me through the entire process, which immediately put me at ease.

The laser treatment itself was much easier than I expected, and Andrea’s precision, efficiency, and attention to detail made the experience even better. I felt completely relaxed and confident in her care. She earned my trust immediately, and I would feel so comfortable coming to her for any future treatments. You can tell Elase West Village is not your typical med spa. From the beautiful décor, gorgeous space, and inviting atmosphere to the positive energy from Andrea and Christy, everything feels elevated and welcoming.
