I don’t know where to begin. I would be lost without this place. This place prior was Ideal Image and is now Elase. Both two incredible companies that help people like me get by through life. I can’t explain to you how painfully annoying it was to shave certain areas, and this place made My life easier and took all my worries away. They also have amazing other services with a fantastic staff such as Chelsea Foster. I am beyond grateful for this establishment and all their services. I can’t speak more highly about them. I’m just grateful they exist. Definitely worth checking out but don’t take up all my appointment space please just kidding!

Rhianna is the absolute best aesthetician! I’ve had 3 laser hair removal treatments so far and a facial. She is a great conversationalist which is key for distracting you during hair removal. She’s extremely non judgmental and friendly. I always feel very comfortable with her. I also have extremely sensitive and reactive skin. She recommended the sunbetter tinted sunscreen and the phyto corrective gel – both have done wonders for my skin. I have struggled with perioral dermatitis and rosacea and these have calmed my skin better than anything I’ve tried. I highly recommend this place!

About six months ago, I started struggling with skin problems for the first time in my life. Let’s just say Perimenopause is a beast! I’ve been to several dermatologists who all suggested that I start taking Accutane and put poisonous creams and gels on my face that made my face feel like it was going to crack and bleed And it wasn’t working. So I quit taking those medications and tried several different things on my own. I finally decided I couldn’t take it anymore and scheduled an appointment with Elase They got me in same day and within two weeks my skin feels like it’s no longer full of infection and is healing. I’m very impressed with the services and staff, Especially Sydnie, she looks young, but she’s full of knowledge!

I’m 2 weeks post injection with Sunny and I love my results!

Sunny’s bedside manner, expertise, and calming presence made my experience so positive. I’m always extremely apprehensive to touch my face, but Sunny made it a point to answer all of my questions in depth, and paid great attention to my specific preferences.

While she disclosed that a full syringe is technically a better deal dollar wise, I never felt pressured to do anything outside of my comfort zone. I went with half a syringe of juvederm and my results are beautiful and nearly undetectable, which was my goal.

I had gotten filler once before, and a large part of my apprehensive in doing my lips again was how BRUTALLY painful it was the first time. I was given multiple forms of numbing, and the teamwork between Sunny and Diego made the experience significantly more comfortable than my previous one. Or at least as comfortable as getting needles stuck in your face can be lol

Can’t recommend Elase and Sunny enough. Great team, lovely environment, and most importantly — I trust them with my face!

I’ve been very happy with the results of laser hair removal on every area I’ve treated over the years! It’s been well worth the cost. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I’m currently being treated by Sydnie and she’s great! Location is clean and nice.

Kellee is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely listens. She took the time to explain the aging process, discuss all of my options, and make sure I understood the products, treatment, and pricing. Her recommendations were tailored to my goal of looking fantastic for 50!! Highly recommend!

eryn was amazing! it was my first time getting lip filler and she went beyond to make me feel comfortable and she was very sweet! she made sure to ask me questions to get an idea of how i would like my lips and explained the process very well. if anyone has been thinking about getting lip filler i’d recommend eryn shes the best!

This company ended up taking over for “Ideal Image”. I was in need of a touch up and called Elase to figure out how to go about it since they are technically are new company. Was pleasantly surprised to realize that they do honor any contract prior Ideal Image Customer had. Even though they couldnt find my name in the system they did trust and honor that I was a precious client with a package for Brazilian Laser. Located in the exact same spot as Ideal Image. Very modern and chic. Employees were friendly and efficient and made me feel comfortable right away. Set up my next touch up already and glad that this company took over and is honoring us! They do operate on package base as well as single laser appointments.
