Cara Check

Cara Check, BSN, CANS, is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with nearly a decade of injecting experience. She began her journey in 2006 as a licensed aesthetician, quickly discovering a passion for the medical side of skincare. After years assisting in dermatology and developing a fascination with injectables, she pursued her nursing degree to take the lead in treatments. She graduated nursing school in 2013 and returned to derm for three years before landing her first official job as an injector in 2016.

Cara is committed to education—both as a lifelong learner and an educator—she has completed advanced anatomy training, among attending many other conferences and trainings, and actively teaches others in the field working for Aesthetic Mentor. She is passionate about delivering natural, refined results while building authentic, trusting relationships with each of her patients. Her approach blends skill, science, and heart.

Outside of work, Cara has two boys and a husband who are wrestling obsessed. If she’s not at a wrestling tournament cheering her kids on all weekend she’s either relaxing reading a book, up north boating on the weekends if it’s summertime, or finding a good restaurant to eat at and sampling everything on the menu.
