Christy was incredibly welcoming and helped get everything set up when I arrived. When it was time for my treatment, Andrea took over, and I can honestly say she is the most professional nurse I’ve ever met. I learned she is a RN with years of experience, her expertise truly shows! She made me feel comfortable from the moment we met, explained everything thoroughly, and walked me through the entire process, which immediately put me at ease.
The laser treatment itself was much easier than I expected, and Andrea’s precision, efficiency, and attention to detail made the experience even better. I felt completely relaxed and confident in her care. She earned my trust immediately, and I would feel so comfortable coming to her for any future treatments. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and personable.
You can tell Elase West Village is not your typical med spa. From the beautiful décor, gorgeous space, and inviting atmosphere to the positive energy from Andrea and Christy, everything feels elevated and welcoming. Andrea and Christy genuinely care about their clients, which shows in every interaction.

Elase Med Spa is located at 4422 E Camelback Rd Suite A101 Phoenix AZ 85018. Tucked into Camelback Village right across from AJ’s Fine Foods, we’re in the heart of where Arcadia shops, dines, and lives.
Elase Arcadia specializes in three of the most effective anti-aging treatments available: wrinkle relaxers (Botox, Dysport), laser skin resurfacing with BBL and Moxi, and advanced facials including HydraFacial and chemical peels. Our providers will assess your skin and recommend a personalized treatment plan.
A consultation is recommended before any injectable treatment at Elase Arcadia. Your provider will review your goals, assess your facial anatomy, and create a personalized plan before any treatment begins.
Both BBL and Moxi involve some recovery time, with most clients experiencing redness and mild swelling in the first few days followed by light peeling as the skin heals. Most clients are comfortable resuming normal activities within a week. Your Arcadia provider will walk you through what to expect before your appointment.
