Katy Ladd

Katy graduated from Purdue University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2010 and began her career at the bedside caring for cardiac patients. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Lewis University in 2017 and has spent the last 8+ years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in urgent care. Her years in urgent care have given her a strong foundation in clinical decision-making, patient education, and providing safe, thoughtful care in a fast-paced environment—skills she is excited to bring to aesthetic medicine.

Her interest in medical aesthetics grew from a desire to explore a different side of healthcare—one where she could combine the science and artistry of medicine with the opportunity to help patients feel more confident in themselves and carry that confidence into other areas of their lives. After completing the Aesthetic Mentor Apprentice Program, which included the opportunity to shadow an experienced injector at Elase, Katy knew aesthetics was the next chapter she wanted to pursue.

Katy believes aesthetic medicine should feel approachable and personalized, with treatments tailored to each patient’s individual goals and comfort level. She is passionate about creating an experience where patients feel heard, educated, and cared for. She is especially excited to expand her knowledge of regenerative treatments and explore the connection between aesthetics and overall wellness.

Outside of the office, Katy enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children. She loves traveling, attending concerts, and hosting family and friends whenever she gets the chance.
