Andrea Bailey

Andrea is an extremely passionate and knowledgeable Medical Aesthetician that began her career in the aesthetic industry in 1989. Andrea’s love for helping people, and all things beauty and anti-aging are the driving forces that fuel her passion. She attended the prestigious Aveda Institute in her hometown of Minneapolis, Minnesota, graduating with honors in 1992. The first ten years of her career she focused on hair, nails, and skin care and enjoyed a very successful decade in those specialties. As the years passed, Andrea became much more interested in specializing in skin health restoration and corrective aesthetic treatments. In her continued quest to obtain only the best education, Andrea attended Heritage Institute and received her OA in Medical Aesthetic Science graduating with honors and has been focused exclusively on Medical Aesthetics since 2007. Andrea has also had the honor of working with the very best plastic surgeons in the region for the last several years.

Andrea’s mission is to offer superlative patient care and incomparable results for everyone. She regularly attends educational symposiums and focus groups with her industry’s best and brightest minds. To further support her objective, Andrea began studying under Dr. Zein Obagi, the world’s foremost authority on skin health and a practicing dermatologist. Andrea’s knowledge base and comprehensive approach to understanding skin’s cellular functionality increased immensely as a result of learning from Dr. Obagi himself. Andrea has the prestigious honor of serving on Dr. Obagi’s ZO Skin Health Advisory Board since 2018, which is an incredible accomplishment. She now maintains a seat as a provider and educator on the ZO Legacy Crew Advisory Board.
Andrea continues her education and considers herself a permanent student in the world of clinical aesthetics. She loves to innovate and seek out the newest and best modalities and offerings for patients in order to achieve transformative results and optimal skin health for all. Andrea specializes in numerous clinical procedures; her favorites include Sciton BBL, HERO, Moxi Laser, Plasma IQ, Microneedling, PRP Infusion, HydraFacial MD, and Chemical Peels of various strengths and depths.
