Roxanne Schalles

Roxanne “Roxy” Schalles is a Board-Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 14 years of nursing experience, including a background in emergency medicine and over 6 years of experience in aesthetics. Known for her natural, skin-first approach to facial rejuvenation, Roxy specializes in creating balanced, refined results that enhance her patients’ natural beauty while maintaining facial harmony and authenticity.

She specializes in neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, skin resurfacing treatments, and regenerative aesthetic procedures designed to help patients achieve natural, long-term results. Roxy takes a comprehensive and individualized approach to aesthetics,

focusing on facial balance, skin health, collagen stimulation, and long-term treatment planning to help patients look refreshed, confident, and naturally elevated.

Passionate about education and continued growth within the industry, Roxy is committed to remaining at the forefront of aesthetic medicine through ongoing advanced trainings and national conferences. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University before advancing her education to earn her Master of Science in Nursing degree from University of South Florida. Her attention to detail, artistic eye, and honest approach have allowed her to build lasting relationships with patients who value subtle, natural-looking enhancements.

Outside of the office, Roxy enjoys spending time with her husband and son, working out at Burn Boot Camp, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident through personalized aesthetic treatments and looks forward to welcoming patients to Elase Med Spa.
