Aubrey Phillips, PA-C | Advanced Injector
Aubrey Phillips, PA-C, is not just an expert of injectable aesthetics; she’s a true artist in enhancing natural beauty and restoring facial balance, with over a decade of expertise. Holding a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida, Aubrey further honed in on her medical acumen with a Master’s as a Physician Assistant from the prestigious Barry University, Miami.
Aubrey’s profound passion for aesthetics traces back to her clinical rotations under the mentorship of the globally acclaimed dermatologist, Dr. Nardo Zaias. This experience ignited a fervent love for the industry, leading her to a two-year tenure at Mount Sinai, Miami, sharpening her aesthetic expertise alongside Dr. Zaias and Dr. Zaiac.
Beyond the realm of aesthetics, Aubrey’s heart beats for her family. Married to Jhimmy since 2016, their lives are joyfully hectic with four boys – Johnny, Brayden, and twins Jayden and Landen. She highly values her quality time with the hubby and boys, hitting the pier in downtown St. Pete or staying in to have a snuggle-fest.
What is your approach? I am result-focused and aim to achieve natural, yet transformative results that highlight the best version of you. My goal is not just to enhance appearance, but to empower my clients to feel their most confident and beautiful selves. Every patient of mine gets a customized treatment plan that is centered around a multimodality approach to really impact the different causes of aging. I tailor it to the unique features and goals of my clients (with transparency about the financial investment required to achieve their goals).
Favorite treatment? My favorite treatment that makes me light up and also puts me in my focus zone is full facial balancing with dermal filler, including lip filler. My favorite treatment for myself, is the Sylfirm X for skin tightening and body contouring.

Anything else you’d like to share? I am obsessed with our industry. From the evolving cutting edge technology, to new innovative products, this industry is evolving astronomically. I am constantly learning, studying, attending trainings and teaching others. Becoming stagnant is not an option if I want to be the best provider I can be. This aspect of my career inspires me, as it aligns with my innate desire to always deliver the most impactful results for my clients.

With 18 years of experience in skincare, Bradley has built an impressive career that began in the SF Bay Area. He initially honed his skills working with a plastic surgeon before transitioning to a medical spa. A Tampa native, he returned to his hometown a decade ago and has been serving the Tampa community ever since.
Bradley is passionate about continuous learning, always staying updated on the latest advancements in the industry, including science, ingredients, treatments, and technology. He firmly believes that “beautiful skin takes work; it doesn’t just happen,” and his approach with clients reflects this philosophy.
By getting to know his clients on a personal level and building trust, Bradley customizes treatments to meet individual needs rather than following a standard protocol. He prioritizes educating his clients and never ‘sells’ products or treatments, ensuring they feel informed and confident about their skincare choices.
His expertise is recognized by leading skincare brands, as he has served on advisory boards for Obagi, SkinMedica, and SkinCeuticals. He specializes in a variety of treatments, including dermaplane facials, microneedling, chemical peels, PRP/exosomes treatments, and RF microneedling.
In his personal life, Bradley is engaged to his partner of six years, Adam, and they plan to marry next year. They enjoy spending time on their boat with their yellow Lab, Gracie, traveling the world, and savoring the culinary delights of St. Pete with their parents and friends.
