At Amara Med Spa, offering complimentary consultations is a pillar of the way we do business. We believe that our ability to provide real, impactful results comes from trusting our expert providers, offering the top technology, and creating customized treatment plans. In order to do that, we invite our clients in for a complimentary consultation where they can meet with a provider 1-on-1.
WHY DO I NEED A CONSULTATION?
The goal of the consultation is to create an effective treatment plan. Through the process of an in-person assessment, we are able to discuss your goals and expectations, health and safety, budget, and design a treatment plan that will work best for you.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A CONSULTATION?
First and foremost, the consultation is the best chance for you to get to know the provider! We know that discussing concerns and choosing a treatment plan is deeply personal, so we create an environment that is relaxed and personal. We’ll ask questions about your goals, lifestyle, history, and assess your concerns in-person. Then we’ll discuss treatments and products (or a combination of a few) that would be the best fit. We never force “sales” tactics to get you to spend more or overdo it. Our goal is to deliver optimal results, period, and we always try to work with your budget.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY CONSULTATION?
You should receive introductory paperwork prior to your appointment via email. You can complete this paperwork online at your convenience, we just ask that you do so before arrival. The paperwork includes a medical history form that is important to our providers when determining whether or not you’re a candidate for certain treatments. We’ll always review these topics in person too. If you’re coming in for a Skin Lounge consultation, jot down the skincare products you’re currently using. This information is always useful when discussing medical-grade skincare products and treatments. Other than that, come prepared to relax and enjoy a cup of espresso or glass of champagne with us.
HOW MUCH DOES A CONSULTATION COST?
Our consultations are complimentary.
HOW LONG WILL THE CONSULTATION TAKE?
Most of our consultations take about 30 minutes.
CAN I RECEIVE A TREATMENT ON THE SAME DAY AS MY CONSULTATION?
If timing permits, yes! We try to be as flexible as possible when working consultations turned first treatments into the schedule. That being said, there’s no pressure to treat the same day. We want all of our clients to feel good about their decisions and to have time to think about everything discussed before moving forward.
CAN YOU JUST GIVE ME PRICING OVER THE PHONE?
We avoid discussing price over the phone because there are variances that make pricing inconsistent from client to client. We never want a client to come in expecting to pay a specific price based on a phone call, only to find out it’s different at checkout. Similarly, we never want a client to write off Amara because a price was overstated on the phone, especially considering the exclusive and comprehensive package options. To put it simply: our pricing between clients is just as unique as our treatment plans, so pricing can only be determined accurately during the consultation.
