No action required! Elase has all the information we need from clients with active packages. Your account will be ready when you book your next appointment at elase.com/book when you enter your same email. You will still need to complete our guest intake form and information on your profile prior to your appointment that Elase will send you.
If you'd like to continue as a member, you'll need to sign up for Elase's Beauty Bank. Our membership works differently—your monthly fee ($99 or $199) goes into a "bank" that you can spend however you'd like, plus you'll receive 10-15% off every visit. Yes! Elase is honoring prepaid packages based on when and where they were purchased and/or held by the following former Ideal Image locations:
- IL - Schaumburg
- NC - Charlotte, Huntersville, Durham, Raleigh, Greensboro, Winston-Salem

For locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Illinois:
Packages purchased on or after November 14, 2023 will be honored through your original expiration date, up to November 14, 2027. Unfortunately, packages purchased before November 14, 2023 will not be transferred to Elase.
For locations in Texas:
Packages purchased on or after January 1, 2024 will be honored through your original expiration date at your nearest Elase in Texas, up to January 1, 2028. Unfortunately, packages purchased before January 1, 2024 will not be transferred to Elase.
